Spikey washers?

Post by SpookyDad »

Are the spikey washers original?

Are they worth saving?

I have multiple coffee cans filling up with bolts as I remove the panels on my truck. Are they of interest to restorers?

Yes, they are original. They are called internal/external tooth lock washers or shakeproof washers. You can still get them new but it can be hard to find the locally. I get mine from MSC Industrial Supply (www.mscdirect.com)

If those washers are the original "square" tipped bonding washers
I would be most interested in purchasing them :)

Thanks

I was negotiating to sell them as a lot but with shipping it doesn't seem to make sense. I think I will put them on Ebay.

I posted a reply to you asking for a fair price.

I am still mostly offline due to Hurricane Ike. We have water but no power or internet. I am online for a few minutes at a Panera. I will get caught up as soon as I can.
