GMC modifications in the Swedish army

Post by KIH »

Hi everyone.
Here is something that you won’t see every day. It’s not a joke or PaintShop Pro trick. The Swedish Army bought a number of GMC’s after WW2 and fitted them with their own cab design. One could say that it is more warm and comfortable rather than beautiful. But in the high North of Sweden it’s extremely cold during the winter so why not?.

a very practicial solution to a climate problem , while it may not be beautiful it is functional as i see they have included a heater and defroster .
