come apart in the middle wheels

I am in the process of getting rid of some junk wheels and tires, well mostly tires and I have some of the come apart in the middle wheels.

Can someone enlighten me as to how they come apart? I have taken all the other types apart: 2 piece split and non, 3 piece, 1 piece (tubeless), etc
