I have found an International M426 locally. The truck is in decent condition and looks like it has a lot of original (and probably hard to come by) parts on it. Supposedly, the truck ran when parked but the owner drained the water and oil for long term storage. I have not personally talked to the owner, but my friend has (he was over looking at a tractor and asked for me) and I guess the guy wants $2,000 for it. According to the Standard Catalog, it is worth anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500. What do you thinK?
Sorry, my photos aren't the best and I was in a bit of a rush.
It sure is nice having a farmer as a good friend. I have spotted several ww2 vehicles including this truck, a jeep, a couple of Ben Hur trailers, a directors trailer, etc. but unfortunatly we are usually busy so we can't stop to look.

Re: International M426
This truck was bought by another collector here in Madera before I was able to talk to the owner. It has since been sold on ebay with another one in better condition and they are both headed to Austria.
The guy sold them both for $1500. It sucks to see them leave this country, but at least they will be restored by an Austrian collector.
