I believe you may be correct. I went to my archives and have a picture of a 525 at Grenier Field (Manchester NH) post war. A ford with no side reels no cabinets and a top mounted booster.
My 325 was post war modified and one of the boosters was repositioned to the top so that a large cabinet could be put in its place mid-ships.
The only way to really tell would be by dataplates.
