Engine fan

I found out today that the fan from a 1956 GMC 270 or 302 engine is the same as the original WW2 270 fan.

Mine got eaten when the damper weight cam off of the front pulley.

What about the fan shroud?

THose seem to be uncommon also. Would the same model you mention be the same?

I don't remember there being a fan shroud on the 56. The radiator shape is different anyways that would make it unlikely to fit if there was one.
