Fuel tank brackets

I decided to switch my CCKW to a fuel tank from a straight axle truck and some of you might remember me showing a military trailer called Specialty truck parts in San Jose CA Well that is where I got my tank and it fits great but it says not for gas which has me scared but not enough I just figure it was lack of testing.

Im asking for $120 for both brackets but Im not sure if these went with the truck or not since I got no gas tank either.
