The M-13 was the enclosed version of the G-221 Trailer. This trailer was the "Directors" trailer with early models having canvas tarps and later models having steel tops.

These trailers transported AA Command and Control unts, Map reading units, and the crude early targeting computer units. This trailer had leveling jacks, an enclosed work area with windows and black-out shades.
