I've posted before with regards to the bumper markings and there are several 101AB on both front and rear bumpers. They were also several layers thick so 101 AB goes back a very long way in my opinion. I will repaint it as a 101 AB vehicleas these are the last markings I've found before the base coat.
I'll post more as I progress, Hoping to have it on the road by late September this year. :D :D :D

Whilst I'm on the subject I must thank all my friends for being patient with me and to thank them for all the time and effort they have put in to get the truck in the condition it is now, without their help she would still be about 12 months from completion.
Thanks to Brian ,Pete, Rob, Joe,Tony and the best person in the world the Mrs putting up with the constant flow of traffic through our home :D :D :D

Way to go Chappers!

You are going to have to email me the picture of you guys driving the chassis around with a box as a seat

Going to be a museum piece when you have finished.

Best wishes.

Cheers Guys for the nice comments,We've put a lot of time and effort into restoring another great cckw truck.
Today I finished painting the last of the cab panels so it's just a case of putting it all back together, and a rewire :D :D .

Thanks to everyone who has given me advice so far, without this forum I'd still be looking for answers. More pictures to follow shortly.
Cheers Guy's

This is the latest image It was my CCKW 352's first day out and I didn't get a chance to drive her. We took her for a 60 mile round trip without a problem The pleasure of the first maiden voyage was Robs, who has helped with the restoration,I took my CCKW 353 and Ben Hur.

The latest, I've got to get some better stencils sorted as I only put these unit identification on for a show I went too.
All I need now is new tyres and canvas and she's finished.
Maybe the No 7 set in the rear!!!!!!

Well I've managed to temporary install the Set 7 in the rear of the 352,What I want to know is what are the dimentions for the No7 set and what sort of clamps hold it to the chassis. Anyone got any photos etc. The other thing I've noticed is that it's much taller now than my other 353 (about 12") is this correct??.I take it that the Canvas which goes over the hoops must have been bigger???.

Hope someone can help with this as I'm not to sure I've got the right No7 set :? :? :?
