I believe M35 use air paks (air assisted )
CCKW use hydrovacs ( vacuum assisted )
So it is not a direct replacement.
It is however doable, besides needing a lot of custom work you will need an air compressor!!!!
It is more natural a swap on a DUKW
I believe Dave Welch on this forum just completed such a swap. You may want to send him a PM for more info.
