I was going to move my CCKW Kompressor truck from my 'ladies in waiting barn' to my smaller main facility on the return transport truck trip moving the backhoe from one place to the other.
So I decided that as the Kompressor truck had not moved in a number of years, I should jack up the wheels and make sure they all turned freely before I pulled it out of the barn. So I jacked up the front DS tire and the wheel turned. I just happen to see the driveshaft and something caught my eye. It was NOT turning. The other wheel was on the ground so it should have been turning. This is not good... As they say on Barney on PBS, "no es bueno"
Worse, it is a split truck and I have very few spares for those.
