You probably will not be able to get them onto the rims. I bought a brand new set of 8.25x20's for my 42 Chev plow truck and cound bot mount them even under a lift with my 99 Blazer on it!
I was given some M35 wheels which fit, though I do not know how well they work on the road as my plow truck hardly ever gets over 10 mph in use.

Re: 900x20s on a cckw
I mounted 900x20s on my CCKW last Spring and here are the issues I encountered:
The 9inch rims that are standard for 900x20s (M35 series trucks) are too wide and caused the tires to rub against the springs in both the front and back.
I dismounted them and mounted them on the original 7inch rims that were on my CCKW - the 900x20 military tires have soft enough side-walls to compress on, even by hand, i even used the flaps that came with the tires.
On my truck I had to put spacers between the duals to keep them from touching, and one on each of the front between the wheel and the hub to keep the tire from coming into contact with the spring and drag-link when turning sharply. I made spacers by cutting the center out of the old 9inch wheels. If you use the spacers, you may need to used longer inner lug bolts.

hope this helps! email or PM me with any Qs - took me the whole spring to figure out this tire thing, but I've been through it all now - Happy to share what i have learned!
