For a display, remove the door handles on a CCKW or Chev closed cab. Keep one handle with you and one inside the cab.
My closed cab has door locks but I have found that when I lock them people pull with all their might to open them. I was always afraid that they would bend the linkage and I would be locked out. Removing the handles works with all the closed ones.
