I guess what is wrong is that it is not mounted on a GMC...
OK, I think it may have something to do with the air-holes in the rims...
They look a little different from the "normal" rims, telling us it is a rim from an early truck..

Good guess...but not correct.
It is somewhat of a tough one.
I will allow a couple more answers. This vehicle has been sitting in my yard for over 2 years and I never noticed this until I went to sandblast it.

Dr. Deuce stopped by tonight and said I am being unfair to all on this...so I will divulge what it is.
The long story....
Again I will repeat that I have had this for 2 or 3 summers and never noticed this defect. It is the wheel off a Wood Ben hur trailer. A severe basket case. The only wood left was the sides.
When I towed it home on my car trailer from Vermont...the bottom (bed) was there when I left and 2 hours later it was not. It is scattered along Interstate 89 in Vermont.
At Aberdeen I was lucky enough to find a person who had custom cut red oak to rebuild a wood Ben Hur trailer. Tongue and Grove sides, bottoms to correct specs, even the little "T" rub rails that go on the botton of the trailer. I bought it as it was something I had to do and I figured for the money and the time it saved me about 75% in cost.
So I have stripped the wood trailer to the metal frame and have sandblasted it. The last thing I did was the wheels. I do this one wheel and I say to myself ....funny there is no valve stem coming out of the valve stemhole....it must be on the other side....Nope it is not on the other side.....There is no air valve.
Yet, there is air in the tire. Cool...Solid tires.
Note that the tires are like new. I scheme no problem I will just get a new tube and install it....
Only problem is that to dismantle a CCKW wheel you have to deflate the tire so it does not kill you...How do you deflate a tire with no tire valve? So where did the valve go. Unless this is a fork lift it must have a valve on it somewhere. How did a valve move on a tire with air in it......
The good Doctor and I talked about this. I will either use an awl or a drill bit and drill into the tube through the valve stem hole. This will let the air out so I can dismount the tire. I will either patch or get a new tube based on how much damage I do.
It is always something.

Yeah....
I notised that it did not have a valve stem, but who the h.... did think that was the thing that was wrong
I went true most of my GMC photos to see if there was something different with the rims compared to yours, but did I find anything NOPE
Well payback will be sweet I guess

The valve stem, if it had one should be pointing at that "purple" rectangle you see on the side of the tire! They should line up. Something to do about the balance due to the added weight of the stem.
