The GMC CCKW

Would anyone know the size/width of the Canvas piping which runs between the bulkhead and the Dashboard panel on an open cab GMC352. Is there a supplier in the U.K which has this in stock. American Canvas ( John and Mary Worthing) said they can make it to a spec but I need it soon.
