Maintenance manual

I was thinking the other day that I'd like to keep a record as to what jobs have been done on my military vehicles,as my collection has grown I'm finding it difficult to keep track of the maintenance on each vehicle.
Is there a vehicle maintenance form or manual I could get or buy/ download/photo copy/Scan??.
As I get a lot of help from enthusiasts around my local area ,it would make it much easier if we could have a manual for each vehicle and see whats been done or is pending.
Anyone got any other suggestions as to keeping an eye on vehicle maintenance??.
Regards
Steve

We used to use spread sheets for a large fleet of tippers.

The U.S. Army assigned a Log Book to each vehicle. This was a small binder with insertable pages. It was kept in the vehicle and all maintenance was recorded in it. The Motor Pool Sergeant had a large multi-vehicle spread sheet which also recorded major maintenance and/or scheduled services on each vehicle in the unit.
In Vietnam it was rarely in the vehicles as tbe Motor Sergeant kept them in his office. Actually, the system worked quite well.

I took the liberty of downloading your spread sheet, it is quite good! The log books the US Army used were very similiar and were contained in a 5X8" binder.
Thanks, Lee

This is a great find! It will work well for my other old trucks as well, not just the CCKW 353 I hope to buy soon! I downloaded it myself.
Thanks!
