Clutch & flywheel

Guys,

I have been searching the site for info on any clutch part #s or a good place to get mine rebuilt and the flywheel resurfaced. Any suggestions? I need to get is all redone.

I lucked out and there is a place here in San Antonio, Texas that actually provided me with a brand new clutch and ground the flywheel to match. They have been in business since the 1930's so know what to do on these old clutches.
There is bound to be someone close by up there that can do it. The freight too and from would be pretty stiff, however should you wish their address and phone number please advise.

Hi Rob

I go to NAPA and they send it to a rebuilder.

If the guys behind the counter know their stuff it should be no problem.

Copy the clutch page out of the TM9-801 manual (I think that is the one) that shows the shims added to the clutch plate if it is reground and include it with the clutch to be rebuilt.... You may wind up with expensive junk otherwise

I know what you are saying.... I read your notes on the clutch and have been reading all the manuals.
