open cab door handles

On the open cab model there is 2 small metal handles, on the side panel, for holding the canvas door shut.

On the canvas door, there is a metal handle, on the top rear corner.
It is a wire loop on the inside, but on the outside it is a fabrication that looks similar to the external door handle on the side panel.

I dont have the cab handles, or a very close up picture.

I do have the canvas doors.. the item is about 20mm wide flat iron, bent like a spring eye at each end.

Are these parts the same?
