The GMC CCKW

Anyone knows if this washer is in correct place? I think it may be inside of the prior part,not outside.

What do its letters meaning "B" "A" (front),"BHT" "HT" "BS" "S"(left side) and "SW" "TT" "SS" (right side)?

If you look at the TM under electrical, those letter will become clear. They are the terminals (in code) where you attach the wires.

For example "SS" is Service Stop "BS" is Blackout Stop

The lock washer goes under the nut to prevent it's vibrating loose, the switch body is prevented from turning anyway due the "indexed " hole the stem fits into.

Still about main light switch:Who knows why do not receive current in the terminals "BS","S" and "SS"?

You need to look at the wiring diagram.

From memory:
BS= blackout stop to light
SS= service stop to light
SW = the feed to the stop switch when the HL switch is in the non-all off pos.
S= stop switch return (hot when brakes are on and HL sw is on)

Power goes from the switch to the stoplight switch when the switch is in any other position other than all off.

Power comes back from the stop light switch to the main switch and is directed to either the SS or BS depending upon the switch position.

One thing to do with your truck is to feed the ign switch from the terminal that provides power to the stop light switch (SW). That way, when the switch is in the all off position, there is no ignition power possible even if the ign switch is on. A little anti-theft measure especially if you have a lever ign switch

Who knows which is the correct position of these three triangles of metal inside the switch?

I found finally today the correct positions of the three triangles of the main light switch.They stayed with them basis to the right side of the switch.Now the power is beeing distributing in seven terminals(three in blackout),(three in service) and (one in stop).

Here in Brazil we can not buy these new parts.
