Are they round or oval holes? I know Canadian CMP cargo bodies have holes in the tailgate for the lights.can you post a picture?

The Danish Army modified the taillights on many of their CCKWs to hang below the angled panel of the Steel Cargo Body. They then modified the Tailgate by cutting a 6 1/2" hole in each ot the outer panels of the Tailgate. This allowed the tail lights to be visable with the tailgate lowered.

On the truck i saw the taillights were in the orginal location. That put the hole almost center tailgate. The covers had one bolt that thay piveted on like the peep hole at a speekeasy.Thats another story!
