Hi Roco can you tell what the horse head stamps mean ???? Thearly i cannot find at the moment any stampings on the chassis rails but i have found numbers in the glove box they very hard to read as they are very worn . It looks like... 1 NK 24 5837. This i believe is 1942 ???? and are the same numbers that are on the plate.
On speaking with the previous owner who had her for over 30years, in which she was in a museum for most of the time,. he told me when they got her she had extra pipe work and a chamber of somesort which was fed from his memory from the hydrovac.The pipes and chamber was corroded so they took that away and disposed of

My truck looks different from Thearly's as mine looks shorter and there is no where to install bumperettes, also he looks in the first pictures that a side tank was installed.
I know things do get changed post war as these babies were used for years after.
