When did the dash knobs (lights, choke etc) change from metal to bakerlite?
I have a mixture of bakerlite and plastic on my truck which being ex Belgium army has been through a couple of rebuilds and I doubt any are original. I nearly have a complete set of metal ones now.

Give 'em to the Jeep guys. There are plenty of Plastic Repros available. I may have some good take off GM Threaded BO Drive and Panel Light Knobs, but the supply is limited and for trade only. Been saving them since the 70s. The supply of NOS General Motors Throttle and Choke Cables is tight too. I may have a set NOS GM Die Cast Choke and Throttle Cables without conduit left, but they are for trade only. They will only fit the original GMC WWII Conduit only as they have a groove in the extension for the knobs.
