Blue-louvre black out markers

Anyone having good photos of the blue-louvre markers?
As far as I know, they were used prior to contract # W-398-QM-10250 i.e. also on the first CCKW's

TM10-1501 Page 7L-0456,Figure 7 shows a good breakdown of the components of the Black Out Headlamps I have several prewar parts lists for other GM Trucks with these trucks, the illustrations are all the same, just drawings.
