Drivetrain Differences

ok everyone we have talked about the split axle cckw and the banjo cckw banjo and split axle drive setups. so far i have come up with that the frames are a little different on the trucks. the banjo axles are stronger, and the seals on the banjo are better. thank everyone for this great info! however i have yet to be informed on the major differences between the 2 axle setups. mostly i want to know about the transfer case differences. is there anyone that knows what the underside of their split axle drivetrain looks like? i know the diffs look like 2 funnels bolted together but what about the t-case? why exactly is so different? mounting location? length? gear ratio? does it unbolt right down the middle or something like the diffs?
) or what is the big differences between the 2? someone has to know. dr duece told me the split case had adjustments that could be done while the banjo t-case had no adjustments. well thats interesting but adjustment for what? what is adjustable as far as a transfer case in concerned? am i being a pain in the neck? hehe
)
