Contract, Vehicle Symbol, and Government Registration number

Hey guys,
I own a 1944. Serial #353-360326-1.
I am trying to discover Contract, Vehicle Symbol, and Government Registration numbers.
I purchased GMC Trucks At War, and three others but was disappointed when I discovered it only covers 40-43 year models.
Does anyone know the specific manual needed to find contract numbers, vehicle symbols, or registration numbers?
