I beleive it a tow bar, the trucks looks ready to go.

The extra wheels are sure tough on Steering Components. Note the Mod to the Batt Box, and late Cargo Body.

It could be an aircraft tow bar also, but without seeing the whole thing it is impossible to tell. The truck is well stocked, but alas no water bucket.

Its probaply a towbar like Tim said. I have one to, mine is side mounted
under the cargobody.

I'm seeing alot of trucks with the dual front wheels,has anyone ever driven one like this,they are hard enough to steer at slow speeds I gotta imagine those extra tires would kill me!
