The winch on my 353 has two forward gears and two reverse. This is the norm..isn't it?!

Well, I seem to have two forward and two reverse
I wrapped the cable around the bridge over the ford to pull it in nice and tight and to get the kinks out of it.

winch speed.
I used my wc dodge to rewind my cables, drive out to the end of the cable, put a samll amount of park brake then reel it in. When I let out my winch it dosen't want to stop when I push in the clutch,is this a clutch atjustment or just inertia?

Clutch has to be dragging, or a tight(I doubt it) pilot bushing.
