Reflector help

Help me indentify a reflector that came off of the tipper bed I bought off of Ebay. It is perfectly round with three mounting holes. The reflector has 12 straight rows of BB sized round reflection " marbles" , for the lack of a better word. There are no markings of anykind on the metal and the only thing I can find is a very small TPY molded into the plastic at the bottom with some numbers too small to read. This truck had been in the Dutch Army as a big NI in white is on the bed. Could these reflectors be European or are they American. Help please.

I have some European reflectors Hotchkiss sent me years ago, and they have a pebble texture. The majority of GI reflectors have only two mounting holes, the Marble type King Bees can have 4, only 2 of which are used.

Thanks Joel. I felt that they must be European with the truck coming from Holland.
