They are the ugly ones by Trico of France, shafts are too long, and they have those brown plastic knobs. Beware, many dealers will represent them as original, and try to stick you with one. I have given away dozens after paying good money for what was represented as NOS.

What's this one? It is marked Trico.

Trico of France, they are Post War universal made for the French, and again they are different, shafts are much longer. and do not fit as well as original. Originals were US Made Trico S-583-1 with the small metal handle and proper length shaft. They were ORD# 500844 and were supplied with factory installations for MB/GPW, CCKW, Some 3/4T WC, CJ-2A and as a retrofit kit for MB/GPW.
