Was there a PRESTONE 45?
Weren't these anti-freeze solutions only good for 1 year back then
Therfore the need for the date of installation

As you know the 45 would have been the year the Prestone was added so...theoretically there could be

The stenciling on the hood PRESTONE 45 would have been painted with a gasoline soluable paint therefore it could be washed off and updated or restenciled at the time of cooling system service
