This area is for ebay, Craigslist, GSA, Government Liquication or other auctions. It should include auctions for WWII trucks, parts, trailers, and directly related equipment and accessories, for CCKW, Chevrolet 1.5 ton, US-6, M5-6, DUKW, and WWII trucks larger than 2.5 ton vehicles only.
With a Heil Tanker trailer that could be a fun vehicle to retore and drive in parades. Actually it is a pretty good looking truck, but not nearly as pretty as a CCKW.

Hi Matt
No idea on the ID, looking at the history he is from Belgium and a major seller on ebay. Retro roco on here or Mick Wilson on HVMF should be able to tell you, they both show in the feedback.
Merry Chrimble to you and your family.

Yes, Weasle Nut, all painted in flight line yellow paint, with black lettering. That would be a great AAF item to have and drive.

These were found in yellow at stateside bases, even prior to the 1947 changeover to USAF. The one at Dow were yellow for the most part, anf one could still witness USA insttead of USAF right up to 51 or 51. USAF was real lax in those days. There is one nice restored AutoCar 4X4, here in maine that belongs to an estate that I am quietly waiting for answer on. Red Ball Chapter has a number of the Auto Car, Federal, COE 4x4 trucks. Frank Buck had several. Red Ball is very active with Tractor Trailer WWII trucks.
I have NOS Steering Gears and Rear Brake Shoes for these. One of the Military Vehicle Magazines shows a depot full of these that have been Rebuilt for Korea. The Front axles of these are very expensive to work on. A lot of Construction Machinery of the 40s 50s used the 3100 Series axles these have.
