It looks more like an ex Norwegian truck rather than a truck from Belgium.
It is the blue dataplates in the cab, and also the yellow one telling it is only silicone brakefluid to be used. And there is those eggshaped blinkers on the fenders.....

This is not the first time this truck has been offered on ebay,this is the second or third time I have seen it. Nice truck I hope it can find a good home :)
