Wow! I don't know that I've ever seen an extended cab Chevy 1-1/2 ton 4x4 (G506). Is this a post war, one of a kind mod??

What is known about it??

Hi,

Great looking extended cab chevy. Was this picture taken in Europe? Looks like a European rebuild.
