I believe Karoshi originally coined the phrase "Eurorash". (Site search the term using the search box in the upper right corner to get the complete explanation).
Technically it is a Sterling model 20 Siren light. Used on WWII era fire trucks, Patton's vehicles, and some Ammo carrying trucks it is correct for the era.
A very nice impression on both of those trucks.
