Wow! I don't know that I've ever seen an extended cab Chevy 1-1/2 ton 4x4 (G506). Is this a post war, one of a kind mod??

the truck is in belgium I have seen it before it came from southeren france I think the cab is a modification from the french fire department, but the owner says that it came this way out of the factory, hase a cckw engine with the original 4speed
