I don't recognise the suspects, but from the happy expressions it might just have been delivered?

It's indeed a very nice tipper. The truck isn't ex-Norway but ex-Dutch. You can recognice them by the turn signals mounted on the sides of the lamp guards. That is a easy way to recognice a ex Dutch GMC.

A really nice dump truck. They should be proud.
