Check it regularly, especially in the Spring at the start of the driving season. Recommended pressure for CCKW using 750X20 Tires is 55PSI. I usually do mine twice a year as my truck is not on the road that often. Mine will always drop to 50PSI over the Winter. must be that I use all the same brand inner tube. The Army method of mounting Duals is to have the Outer wheels mounted so that the stems are 180 Degrees across from the stems on the Inner wheel. (Ease of locating the stems)

For every 10 degree drop in outside temp, you will lose 1 psi and conversly for every 10 degree rise in temp you will gain 1 psi. So if you have 50 psi "cold" I stress cold as you check your tire pressures when the tires are cold at lets say 50 degrees and then check the tire pressure at 20 degrees your pressure would be 47 psi. This al holds true that your tubes and valve stems are in good condition. Never check tire pressure when they are hot as you will have an "inaccurate" reading.
