A good investment, it will answer all your parts questions and bolt data so that you may install a part correctly with the correct size and thread bolts. It will also give you the correct name of the watchamacallits you post about. You will be on the way to being fluent in CCKWese and the envy of this site. The 1945 ORD 9 is a good addition to your CCKW Library. Arter you master the ORD 9, an ORD 8 (no pictures) is good as it breaks items down into components and pics.

A really neat parts manual is the 1940, 41, 42 GMC Master Parts List. This manual lists all the parts for US made trucks that GMC manufactured those years. It has from pickups to 7 tonners.

I wish I could find the same manual for 43-46 and 35-40.

Nice to have but they do not show the numbers for parts that were upgraded.

A smart person is one who knows where to find the answers. It is amazing how many answers can be found in books. TM9-801,the April 1944 edition was the answer to the restoration of Betty Boop. :D
