Had them in both the Banjo and Timken. There were a high number of reports from the field of Timken Differentials with High Tracrion Differential Gears failing, and it was decided to discontinue installation in new production CCKWs, the War ended before production could be changed.
Now don't panic and throw away your CCKW or studebaker US6 Timken High Tractions, it is unlikely you will put your truck thru the rigors of combat.
