pto wanted for 1 1/2 ton

I am in need of a for/rev pto for a chevy 1 1/2 ton 4x4 1943 truck. If it makes a diff, my trans has the flip leaver on the stick for rev gear, email me with the cost if you have one to spare...Phil in Mt
