Have you tried Frank von Rosenstiel in Canada? He sells CCKW parts and lists them in his catalog for early CCKW's. Maybe he has come across or knows of where to find the mid to late styles? 705-437-3757 after 6 p.m. on weekdays or anytime weekends.
