CCKW closed cab door hinges, NOS

G'day Guys!
I am in need of 2 lower door hinges for the CCKW closed cab. I have a few upper ones, left and right....but no lower! :( Can anyone help me?
NOS preferred. Also looking for the insulated brass horn contact rings that slip down the steering column shaft.
