Looks like it was patterned off the WW2 bomb trailer.

That has Weaver written all over it, you're going to have to find a WWII USAAF T.O. to really I.D. it. It may show up in the 1943 TM9-2800 under Airfield Equipment, . I am on the run, and will check it when I get a chance.

Was out at the former Dow Field this AM, and noticed the CO2 Carts at the General Aviation Terminal with a similar draw bar, this is a deasgn straight from the 40s.
