hello can anyone provide me with a picture of a type 3 hydrovac because I would like to know which one is fitted on my cckw.

No Pic but...
I can give you a brief description of the spotting features.
Type 1 Dual diaphram with triangular plates on each end w/rods ( to hold assembly together)
Type 2 Dual diaphram with cast type " J " hooks instead of triangular plates ( same purpose as above )
Type 3 Single diaphram with J hooks/rods
The type 3 are avail new thru many parts outlets ( at least stateside )

thanks for the responses I think it is the type III thats fitted on my truck . Does a "french" hydrovac looks like a typeIII or is it completely different? My truck is ex french army that why I would like to know it .
does anyone know the partnumber(bendix-gm?) of a revision set for a type III hydrovac?

If by "cups" you mean the rubber piston seals, thay are I believe 3/4" and available. I bought mine from Rex Ward:
