Fuel pump

Post by KIH »

Hi - anyone tried to replace org. fuel pump with a 6 volt inline by pass pump. ? A friend of mine did recommend this cheap and easy solution but I would like some more opinions. If succesfully done - a NAPA no. or other type ID would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Kim,

I used a 6 volt pump until I switched to 12 volt (still use the same type of pump in 12v version).

The 6V pump number is E8011

It looks like this:

It is made by a company called Airtex.

It should be available world wide from many sources.
