I had a question. Looking at the picture at the top of this page, the headlight "housing" seems alot smaller than the one on my CCKW. Mine is a '44 while the one illustrated is obviously an earlier production one. Was there a difference between the early and later CCKWs as far as the headlights?
Thanks, Hammerhead

Hi
Some CCKW's in European armies after WW2 had different headlamps fitted, which were smaller, could yours be one of them??
Regards
Rob.

Re: CCKW headlights
The photo on the top is Steve Keith's (aka Dr Deuce )I believe the lite pots are the same as those generally found on G508 and G506 vehiclesHammerhead wrote:I had a question. Looking at the picture at the top of this page, the headlight "housing" seems alot smaller than the one on my CCKW.

The perspective of the photograph may make them appear smaller, is this your question?
