No spare on the Bomb Trailer.
The Bomb Trailer uses 5 bolt Budd wheels, not 6 bolt like the M6 Bomb Truck that tows it or CCKW or other trailers towed by the CCKW or Chevy cargo truck.
It is a 'feature'...
The M6 Bomb Truck did not carry a spare either.
I have a WW2 book that shows an M6 in the Pacific with dual wheels and fenders made to accomodate them. I run duals on mine so I have 2 spares and because the M6 used the regular dually rear axle with the inboard wheels. After driving mine for a very short time with this very narrow track in the back with the singles, I added the other tires. It felt too unstable for me with singles.

M-5 bomb cart wheels
Concerning the M-5 Bomb Cart...what other wheels will fit this if the original 18" are not available? Any other options easier to obtain? Thanks, Andy
