The weather was excellent. The crowds were light.
Saw some excellent vehicles and except for David Welch's gorgeous DUKW there were no WWII GM products.
There was some GM stuff for sale but nothing that I needed. Bob from VOV was there. He has developed a GMC reference guide...a good reference for novices on up.
I bought some "trash and trinkets" to display with my trucks. NOS in the crate Officers field stove (I have not fully opened up the crate yet). A couple of wood boxes that have the USA shield on the side with the crossed arms. Representative of Lend Lease goods. Italy is stencilled on the box too. Bought ome other boxes and trinkets.
Here are some representative pictures.
Beatifully restored Studebaker....

A very nice Dodge WC-62

A Clarkair airborne Dozer with LeTourneau scraper...

I am sure you have all seen pictures of David's spectacular DUKW in the DUKW section. The pictures do not do it justice. Here are some I took that reflect a different perspective.

An last a great looking M-1 wrecker.

Oh yes...Mr Cliche was the ever present troublemaker. He made the event very enjoyable. Thank you John.
Overall my kids and I had a great time.
