I have used this stuff for a number of years and it works quite well, especially with these engines that are not all that finiky about gasoline in the 1st place. Carb dry or full, they start right up in the spring.

The label explains it is compatable gasoline used with all 4 cycle, 2 cycle engines and Diesel fuels. There is no lead in the additives, it is done by the chemistry of combustion which causes the ingredients to coat the valves and approximate what the lead normally does.

I will go out and get my Stabil jug and look. There may be aan 800 number on it, and you can always do a google, on Stabil. I use CD-2 Lead Substitute, and the truck does just fine after the winter hibernation with CD-2 and Stabil. BTW, CCKW GMC 270s have hardened exhaust valve seats from the factory.

I put this in every internal combustion engine that I own that does not go through a tank of gas in 2 weeks. I buy the stuff by the case.
It is far cheaper in labor and parts than rebuilding and cleaning the fuel system of varnish after a couple of months.
It is an excellent investment.
