I did my first tire mount tonight I must say it went extremely well. We had a clean sandblasted and painted rim to start with new tire, tube and flap. Upon fitting of tire assembly to rim and placing rim lock or ring in place we chained it down by wrapping 3 4 foot lengths around the tire and through the rim and useing a clip on air chuck with 50 feet of hose proceeded to fill the tire to 40 psi to seat the bead. Everything went well filled the tire to 65 psi and will let it sit till tomorrow afternoon. Took less time than doing thse darn jeep combat rims Only ten more to go.
You did it the same way I did mine (safety first) those rims can kill you the only way to do it new flaps and tubes , good luck on the other nine only thing TP should 55 not 65.
I agree, it is really tough work. I take mine to a local truck tire shop and let them do the work for me. I am too old and infirm to work that hard anymore.

Exactly now, reading the manual, I can understood the difference between RING & RIM.Ring is separated part(killer) and rim is in the wheel.I will try to mount my wheels too.Other important things are the two kinds of valves in the dual wheels.
